"My stay at OZ Hotel Collection was absolutely excellent. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, welcomed, and well taken care of from check-in to check-out. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. My room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly which is a must in Cartagena’s heat. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, the beach, and everything I wanted to explore while still feeling calm and secure. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious with plenty of options, which made starting my day easy and enjoyable. I also loved the rooftop area it was a beautiful space to relax and take in the views. Another highlight was how smoothly they arranged my airport transportation. As a solo traveler, that level of organization and care made my departure stress-free and seamless. What stood out the most was the customer service. Every interaction felt genuine and attentive, and they truly made my solo trip feel comfortable and safe. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Cartagena especially solo travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, great service, and peace of mind."
