"The room itself was phenomenal! Amazing view ! We got the room with an ocean view and jacuzzi on the balcony and it was so much fun the views were like out of a dream. All the amenities you needed. Pool was fun and great for pictures. The beach across the street was cute and a few restaurants within walking distance, there are also a couple of pharmacies in walking distance. The little cafe in the main lobby has delicious pasties and many coffee options. The restaurant upstairs is okay. They do take forever to get meals ready and it was honestly not the best. Staff was all but eager to help with anything we needed and so helpful with questions ok where to go or what to do. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Cartagena."

"Amazing place to stay at. Central location with about a 6 minute walk inside the Old town (historic part). The downstairs lobby was nice and the food/drink is tasty and at a good price. The staff service was amazing and easy to communicate with. The only con is no swimming pool but that’s not super common anyway."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Hotel, Great Location! Hilton Cartagena was an excellent choice for our stay. The location is fantastic, the staff is amazing, and we always felt safe throughout our visit. The food at Las Chivas Restaurant was delicious—don’t miss the fried chicken basket! There are also convenient local stores nearby where you can easily pick up any necessities. Overall, a wonderful experience with exceptional hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!"
