"Beautiful property in prime location. You are walkable to everything. Close to the action but quiet neighborhood. Staff was so friendly and wonderful people. I forgot my makeup bag and cleaning staff rushed out to bring it. I’ve never had a hotel do that when I left something behind. The hotel massage at the their spa was one of the best massages I ever had. Wonder wonderful. Concierge service was very helpful with booking tours and transportation ensuring the best and fair pricing. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Bastión."

"My stay here was amazing from beginning to end. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a must in Cartagena. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and anything I needed during my stay. The property itself has a beautiful atmosphere and great location, making it easy to enjoy the city while also feeling relaxed and safe.
