"what a beautiful brand new hotel in the beautiful walled city! the rooftop pool and the 1st floor pool are beautiful! it's a modern boutique hotel, has the vibe of a hotel in Morocco or Greece. Dylan at the front desk provided excellent customer service! he is super friendly, helpful and quickly resolved any issues! they go above and beyond to make their customer service exceptional. we booked a 2 bed deluxe room! only thing i will point out that even though there are rooms with windows or balconies, there are some rooms with no windows (we had one). it was not a big deal for us, the beds were super comfy and the air conditioning was great, the room was as cool as we needed it to be since Cartagena does experience humidity. i would stay here again!"

"This hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy and effortless. Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I were greeted by the doorman and he took our suitcases while we checked in. We speak little to no Spanish, however all the staff are bilingual. The lobby and the rooms are pristine and I even saw the staff swipe their hands on the walls as if they were checking for dust which is a testament to how clean this hotel is. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is in the middle of Getsemani. I felt very safe inside the hotel."
