"Ovidio & Leida were amazing & helpful! One of them was at the property to assist guests at all times. I had everything I needed, except the wifi didn’t work. AC was perfect! The hotel is right in the middle of the tourist area, which is great. However, you will hear noise (on the street below) for most of the night due to its location."

"Las dos primeras noches el aire no funcionó en mi abitacion ,dos días para arreglarlo solo usábamos el ventilador. Y el último día debíamos dinero del desayuno q supuestamente estaba incluido pero los huevos lo pedimos en revoltillo y ellos tenían su plato de Omelet ,el mismo huevo pero yo lo quería revuelto y tuvimos q pagar $22.00 de más .Y las noches sin aire quien las pagó ,súmale el olor de mi habitación q ellos decían q era de la calle (yo la verdad no lo recomiendo )"

"The best hotel in Cartagena! We had an amazing time at the Santa Teresa. The staff was exceptional and the rooms are very spacious and confortable. The breakfast had the most delicious food and the pool overlooking the old city and the new city was what made love our stay the most! Be prepared for the most beautiful and romantic sunsets at this rooftop pool!"
