"We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable and had amazing views. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the Old City and other attractions in Cartagena. The pool area and overall atmosphere of the hotel were excellent and made it easy to relax after spending time exploring the city.
