Welcome to Fluck Farms, another great home offered by Third Coast Vacations, Harbor Country and Michiana's favorite local vacation rental company. What was formerly a local Harbor Country flower farm has been turned into an estate for your family or group to enjoy and explore.

The single-family home on just 20 acres of land in the countryside of Baroda and is the PERFECT family getaway! The main house offers tons of character and charm with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is also a bed in the basement for guest use. The sun room at the back of the house offers an impressive collection of vintage vinyl that ours guests report is one of their favorite parts of staying with us. 

Off the sliding doors of the sun room you have a full view of the in-ground pool located at the back of the home. Enjoy the poolside views from indoors or from the deck. Just off the pool deck area is a fenced area where a dog can play safely if you check in with a pet. 

The home is surrounded by massive acreage. In the back of the property the owner has contracted with the popular Granor Farms (known for organic foods) to use for sustainable farming practices. However, there is plenty of space for you to walk the exterior of the fields and enjoy the farmland and dlowers. Off the side of the home there are more flowers fields, along with a bench, and a fire pit space perfect for evening marshmallows under the stars.

In Spring of 2022, the owner converted the garage space to “Fluck’s Tap.” This space is set up like a dive bar and is perfect for watching a game, playing cards, or just hanging out and enjoying the quiet of the countryside.

The Barn has been coverted into a movie barn with seating and indoor cornhole and basketball!

Perfect family vacation
My family had a great time here. The pool was perfect. We where blown away with how much there was to do just in the property. Plus the beach was less then 10 minutes away. I would definitely recommend Flunk Farms

We enjoyed the area. The house was mediocre. Not as clean as we would've expected. The hot tub and pool seemed to be needing attention. The basement is very unappealing. We had a great time being with family and visiting the attractions, but the pool and hot tub, the terribly unstable internet and overall cleanliness were a negative.

We had a great time.
We decided to use Fluck farms for our mothers 75th birthday. She like the country and swimming pools, we hit pay dirt. so the property is really well taken care of and is super well stocked. From the kitchen to phone chargers and dog beds. The house had everything we needed. Bedrooms were good, the basement is a bit more rustic but perfect for a kid. It’s an older house but is really well maintained and had a “Cabin” feel we liked. The pool was great. We had some bad weather a couple days but once the sun was out it was great. There was allot we didn’t use. I wanted to watch a movie in the barn but kept running out of time. Spent allot of the time floating, looking at birds and enjoying each other’s company. Fire pit was great, there is a guy who sells wood across the street. Overall we for sure would stay here again and might check out another third coast place.

Great place in the country away from everyone, yet not more than 15 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house is very nice and great pool and hot tub. Our daughter (14) brought 3 friends and they had a very good time. We will stay here again in the future.

Great for a family getaway!
This place had everything you need like if you were home. The kids loved the pool and how there was plenty to do. I personally loved that it was all private, especially when having younger kids. We'll definitely come again in the near future.

Perfect for us!
My husband and two pups had the best time!!! There is so much wide open space at the farm and we loved all of it. The house is cozy, clean and was well maintained. The pool was chilly (it’s June), but was nice to look at. Overall, this property was a perfect fit for us. It was very private, but not too far off the grid. We would definitely stay again, but would bring a hammock to listen to those beautiful trees.

We did not know anything about Baroda. We are in the early stages of becoming wine makers and were thrilled to learn we were staying in wine country Mi! The pool was great for our 9 and 14 year old, while the hot tub paired perfect for the adults in the evening. Beautiful property.

The property setting was really nice. Enjoyed the birds singing in the morning. The main bath had only a tub hand held shower hose, so not easy to "shower". The lock set up didn't work for us, so we had to lock inside and go out thru the basement door each time. The mattresses seemed to be foam, so not very comfortable.
