Although it is a little way out of Banff the Rimrock Resort has a convenient shuttle and bus service to get you into town in a few minutes. The staff are all very helpful and made a special effort to help me with our two large dogs. Would stay there again when visitng Banff

The saff were great. Paying for parking outside when you have to also pay a resort fee is absolutely insane. You literally have no where else to park... I've stayed in Banff downtown and I have parked underground for zero dollars.. Also, we got a knock on our door at 12:30am. It woke us up, by the time I got to the door we had a bill for the stay slid under it... Ummm do you really need to send me the bill at this time of the night.. I already paid this.... I'll be staying elsewhere next time. It is close to the gondola ( walking distance ) which is nice

Troubling noise prior to 0600 this morning. Told front desk and offered free breakfast after I asked for something. Good is good in primrose rest but did get us for a 60.00! Bottle of non alcoholic bottle of wine at dinner. We were shocked. Staff is excellent, warm and friendly. View from our room was incredible!! Overall not worth the 600 we paid.
