"We stayed 4 nights, and had a very good experience. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc. Food was fresh. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, especially Diane who was overseeing the dining area."

"What can I say, Tapatio is my favorite getaway to rest and rewind. Brought a friend who just loved , having helpful personnel, and NO STRESS! Everything is taken care or for you. "The good, the bad and the ugly. The good: this property is in a very beautiful area. The views are great and it was really quiet. The bad: There is poorly stocked convenience store on site. They basically had chips and drinks a few other items. The reach in coolers and gas pumps were not working. And there was a vending machine with cigarettes that looks like it’s been there since the 80s. The hours of the not-so convenient store were pretty bad as well. On Saturday morning they didn’t open until 9 am but I guess it really didn’t matter since their breakfast food selection was geared towards kids under 10. The ugly: The facilities are showing signs of decay. For example, the cabin that I was in has some of the “logs” rotting as well as the railings. The toilet was rocking back and forth, the mattress must have been 10 years old because it had a huge dip in it. On top of that, their internet was extremely slow if at all and the tv in the room was purely for decoration. Lastly, they expect you to take the trash out. And the water pressure is terrible."
