If you’re in Bandera go to a different hotel

Deadbolt broke, microwave and light broken. got to the hotel early and wanted to use the bathroom in the lobby and they tried to charge me at $20 early check in fee which I did not want

Back again.

Rooms have been redone, and were nice. Mattress was to soft for me, but my husband slept well. Needs cleanup on the outside. But apparently remodeling might have still been going on. Which was ok. Restaurant on property was still great and the staff was more than helpful.

The location was excellent, walking distance to main Street and attractions. Was pretty quiet given the road. Lots of food options nearby. Room was ok. Bathroom needed a deep clean. Microwave and tv box didn't work which was frustrating but staff quickly resolved both.

Just plane dirty

Room and fixtures are dated. Room 110 has a good TV. There were scuff markes on the wall and door to the restroom. The towels in the sink area looked dirty. The towel rack was broken. The bathroom walls were dirty. The base board was dirty. The counter top was water danaged the mat in the tup was dirty. So disapointing. I will never stay there again.

Closed

It was closed for renavations. They did not bother to check if they had any reservations for the Christmas Holidays. So after driving 4 hours we come to find no one there and have to look else where. Terrible management.

The hotel was closed for repairs. We was not able to get a room. Expedia shouldn’t have taken our money knowing that this place was closed for repairs. If not, they should have been checking up on hotels are working or close.

Shower did not work well. Staff came and replaced shower head. Shower was better after that. Sink leaked on counter when turned on. Toilet had a crack in it. Trim at bathroom door was rotted. Entry door has a big gap and lets the cold air in.
