"The room was not clean. Yes, the beds were made, but the trash was not emptied, the couch had cigarette ashes on it and in it. I politely asked the staff to address these issues while we were at dinner. They did not. I returned to the same room. Ended up being given a trash bag so I could empty it myself. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9am with a “decent spread”. Walked down at 8:30am to no coffee, no hot water to make tea. A couple of off-brand muffins and a couple of generic breakfast bars. I politely asked for more coffee and was told there wasn’t any (no kidding). This was the same guy who said he would take out the trash. The entire place smelled like cigarettes and weed, in the rooms and in the hallway. Which is unfortunate since it is a “smoke-free” facility. That place is a Crime Stoppers paradise and an after-school special waiting to happen. What a joke."
