The only complaint I have is our window was broke. Wouldn’t close all the way. About a 1 inch gap with no screen or double pane. Everything else was really nice. Spotless! And friendly staff

We found this hotel to be uninhabitable. We had to leave and find other accommodations. There were ants throughout the room and when you turned the faucet on it just ran straight out from underneath the sink (I wish I could share the video here!). The front desk worker was not available both at check in (we waited 20 minutes) and she never came to the front desk to even explain the issues so we left. The Dublin area is a great place... this hotel is unsafe and I am appalled at the condition of the room we were given, as well as the response from the hotel when we informed Travelocity of the issues. Gross and disappointing!

We were charged at the desk at check in because the card on file was not even ours and it was declined. Travelocity gave the hotel the wrong info but they had already charged our bank account.

Our room had no bedside lamps (just one wall lamp) no trash cans, the wall mount blow dryer was not on the wall but placed in a cubby by the sink (that made it awkward to use). And the worst for last, after sleeping one night there and the comforter was flipped back the following morning we could see a large amount of dried blood (or worse) on the comforter that was not from us!!! GROSS - But the staff were very kind and replaced the comforter and brought up a lamp & trash can. The staff there were the only thing good about this place.
