This property is what I expected for a Hampton inn stay. The breakfast was Above average compared to other hotel properties. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our ice machine on the floor that we stayed had been out of service all weekend.

Another excellent Hampton Inn
We love Hampton Inns for their liberal pet policy and being quiet and clean despite it. This location was no exception. The check-in staff was excellent and there isn't much else to say about our brief overnight stay. I will mention that like most hotels that serve breakfast, they provide plastic utensils. Too be more eco-friendly, it would be nice if they could get compostables instead.

Location was good and front desk staff were helpful. Refrigerator freezer section was blocked by ice and needs defrosting or repair or new refrigerator. Barhroom sink drains very slowly which leaves behind whatever was in sink. I would have to slowly pour water from cup to wash down residue. The one day my room was "cleaned" by housekeeping the sink wasn't.

Many comments to explain the terrible/one star review, but only going to mention one. Stuck in the elevator for 24 minutes on the first night, not only ruined my stay here but plans while there as well. Handicapped and had to walk up and down the stairs for the next three days because I refused to get back on either elevator.

A much needed respite😎
My experience was absolutely fantastic. I live 5mi. away & wanted to do a solo stayvacation. The area is extremely safe. The room was very clean, my new favorite color is teal & it was used in an tasteful way. It was very quiet even though it was the weekend & a host of people were there. The receptionists, Andrew & Tina were a ray of sunshine, welcoming, very informative & friendly. The breakfast was great & kitchen attendant was very helpful & friendly. The eating areas were very well kept, neat, food warm, delicious & plentiful. The owners should be proud of the staff they have hired!

Staff was excellent. Room and breakfast were just okay. Not really up to the Hampton standards. Room wasn’t very updated like most we normally stay at. Trim was missing from wall.

At approximately 2:10am, we had relentless violent pounding and screaming at our door. It was 2 men claiming we were in their room. It literally sounded like they were trying to beat the door down. Terrifying! This went on for a couple minutes. I finally talked them down through the door telling them we had been in the room since 9pm and they left. I immediately called the front desk and the attendant seemed unconcerned. The next morning, I reported again. The worker at the front desk assured us this is a safe area and nobody would ever to actually get in our room. He also said he was pretty sure he knew the group they were with because they stay at the hotel on weekdays every week and tend to go out and get drunk. I told the front desk this was easy to say from their point of view, but being awakened like that at 2:10am was miserable and neither of us got good sleep after. I will jot stay here again.
