It was a very nice room. We traveled here for the Columbus Zoo. The pool wasnt very well maintained. The breakfast was below average. Not many options lots of empty trays. The juice machines didnt work. If youre looking for a close hotel to the zoo this is it though. Overall not really worth 200+ a night in my opinion

When we first arrived we thought this was a really nice property. The staff was very helpful but we still encountered some less than desirable issues. The breakfast was less than expected. The first coffee maker in our room didn’t work. I took it to the front desk and the young man at the desk replaced it. The second one didn’t work either. Because we were leaving early in the morning I went to the lobby at 5:30 am do get my wife and I a cup of what turned out to be Luke warm coffee. I thought no problem, we have a microwave in the room and I can warm them up. Wrong, the turntable in the microwave didn’t work. I personally was disappointed with the beds comfort. I woke up with a bad backache.

The kitchenette was great, getting a regular fridge/freezer was a happy surprise! The place is beautiful, has lots of space to meet, work, or socialize.

When me and my family came to your hotel. For our little mini vacation. I mase reservations through a travel agency Expedia and the morning of my vaction i received a email telling me to go on tje hilton honors app and finish set up. So i did and the money was taking off and it said Expedia collected it but that is your money that they kept and put bad business out of your doors under your management and i think it needs to be addressed.

Hotel is located on a very busy road, and having been placed into a room facing that road, there was significant traffic noise until the late hours of the night. The driveway to the hotel is located on a road which can only be accessed from one direction, so if you leave and need to return to the hotel, it requires driving around the block. There was no in-room safe as advertised. The floor pan in the shower had damage, and the showerhead plumbing was loose. Room service did not attend to the room while I stayed there over the course of 2 nights, even though the do-not-disturb sign was never hung up. No ice bucket in the room. Desk staff were all very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient.

The room was clean, roomy (had a kitchen, fridge/ freezer, dish washer, microwave, LOTS of counter space. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not the most updated decor, but fine.
