The room and facility was very clean and welcoming. We loved the shower! However, we were not happy with the pillows. For us, we didn't sleep well but we know you can't have the right pillow for everyone that stays there. Our pillows at home are just right for us. We would stay there again, no question.

Staff was amazing, good amenities, great area. Ice cream shop, Kroger and multiple food options easily walkable. Only negatives were loud street racers at night and the curtains and couch had stains on them that could come out with a good cleaning. We were particularly impressed with whoever runs the breakfast area in the morning. She was running around like crazy ensuring everything was hot and fresh. The manager who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a good run down of everything and all of the cleaning staff waved or said hi to us as we were leaving / exiting the area.

It was a very nice room. We traveled here for the Columbus Zoo. The pool wasnt very well maintained. The breakfast was below average. Not many options lots of empty trays. The juice machines didnt work. If youre looking for a close hotel to the zoo this is it though. Overall not really worth 200+ a night in my opinion
