"Pleasant staff in a lovely part of Paris. Shops, bars and restaurants just literally outside the hotel. Equally as near was the metro/train stop so getting into Paris and to/from airport was quick and easy. Also walking to the Seine and the Louvre will just minutes. "

"Staff was extraordinarily helpful to re-book a room that had been booked through a hacked third party website. Breakfast spread is fabulous - multitude of options and well worth the price. Best of all is the easy walk to CDG - just a few steps down the covered sidewalk to the CGDVAL one takes to Terminal 2 or 3 "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Des Grands Voyageurs! Attentive staff, and an especially welcoming bellhop, who we enjoyed seeing each day. The room had a lot of great touches, like small minibar included and refilled (with snacks, Coke products, beers), a little welcome gift, etc. They offered refillable water bottles, which was a little odd (3 euros to replace them or get a new one), but it was nice they'd fill your water bottles. The location is wonderful - just a block off the Sainte-Placide Metro and walkable to the Jardin du Luxembourg, shopping, restaurants, etc. We love this area, as it's somewhat more residential but still very close to our favorite attractions. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were well-appointed. Breakfast was also good. Would have been nice to have eggs and coffee to order, as the coffee machine coffee in particular wasn't great, but overall very nice, especially for a 4-star property. Also nice that there was a fitness center. Would have liked to see some smaller weights than 11lbs, but other than that, it was sufficent for travel workouts. The restaurant and bar area are beautiful, but we were disappointed to see that the bar was dead every night. No guests or outside patrons. We really love a lively bar at a hotel and this bar has a lot of potential. Overall, we had a great stay. The value of the room rate was good for the quality (i.e. it was not inexpensive at all, but not overpriced). We would definitely stay at this hotel again! "

"The hotel was amazing the sky club with breakfast was so convenient, the room was spotless and had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower, the hotel is walking distance to just about anything I wanted to do. "

"The room was very comfortable and lovely. Nice complimentary tea, coffee and water. I was hoping the shops would be closer to walk to. A fine experience. After Italy 6€ for cappuccino was a bit excessive! 😉 "
