The experience was nice except your evening staff. Sami is very rude and condescending. Daytime staff was very accommodating and helpful. Kitchen staff was very nice as well- great breakfast options.

The hotel is a great hotel with fantastic staff. The sound proofing of the hotel however let it down. One side of the hotel is next to the freeway which is noisy all day and night. The other side are the bars on Rainey Street. These bars have music playing until 2am. On the first night we stayed on the freeway side but it was too noisy that we couldn’t sleep. We swapped to the other side as we knew the music would stop at 2am. The other down side is the pool is advertised as being open 7am until 10pm. Four times on this stay it didn’t open until mid day which spoilt our stay a little. The breakfast rotated 2 menus each day. Could have done with a little variety of hot food but it was included in the price and wasn’t that bad. The location is great for all of the things we wanted to do in Austin.

Great 3 day stay for a music festival. Convenient location that I was able to walk or rideshare easily to where I needed to go. Would definitely stay here again.
