From check in was 45 minutes late a trash collection point was outside the room. My wife is alergic to cats we did not even stay in the room. There was so much cat hair and potent smell. I would like to be contacted regarding my stay.

I want my money back. Our room was dirty, and the worse part is, there were roaches crawling in the living space and bathroom. Not like one big tree roach, multiple roaches, multiple sizes. Definitely an indicator of uncleanliness. So disgusted and disappointing.
