The hotel is in a good location for accessibility to things in midtown . The staff wasn’t always available when called to bring towels etc. The rooms were never supplied with toilet paper after calling staff several times. The hotel was sold out per the attendant so it was hard to get any service . Very disappointing in the service

The lobby being on the top floor took a bit to get use to, but it worked out well. Getting in and out with the valet service was pretty easy. Valet price seemed a bit steep considering what we already paid for the room. All in all it was a good, clean, peaceful stay. I didn't even know we had neighbors until the typical door slamming the morning we left.
