Rooms near highway extremely noisy. Business center adjacent to pool area useless due to noise when pool is in use. Rooms dated and awkward.

The door on one of the rooms I rented would not lock at all. I called several times in order to have the room serviced but no one came to fix the lock until 2 a.m. in the morning. After he spent 30 min. it was still not fixed. my guests were forced to leave their belongings in a hotel room with no lock on it. When I asked for my money back or a free night for that one room, the staff assured me that a manager would call me. I have not heard from them to date.

We checked in to our room at 430pm and the tub shower had a used cake of soap with hair wads on it, also requested sheefs be changed, went to dinner at 8pm and returned 3 hours later at 11pm to a bed remade but noone had cleaned shower. At 12 midnight, no shower still we were moved to 6th floor room which was ok. But not at all a relaxing night and disappointed in all the hype of it being an upscale place. Still no consideration from anyone that our stay cost us more than it was worth. to pack up at midnight and change rooms unable to even bath until after 5.
