"The hotel was nice in its day, but has been let go. It’s obvious that the management doesn’t care because the staff sure doesn’t. Most things didnt work in the room. The air conditioning didn’t condition, the iron didn’t work and even the toilet lid wouldn’t stay up. The couch was uncomfortable as were the pillows. At least it was noisy, so sleeping was also a challenge. The staff put up signs saying the main area was “closed for event”. We were there for three days and there was never an event. The one thing it has going for it is the location- Charleston is beautiful and you are front and center to enjoy it."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff couldn’t be nicer and our room was spectacular! We had a loft room (2 floors) and it was spacious and very cool. Great boutique hotel. The bartender was the only flaw- he was not nice and seemed annoyed at having to pour us wine! They were working on a rooftop situation I believe so no real amenities while we were there. Would definitely go back! "

"We have stayed here before and like the property. The only issue we had is that we made a mistake on our reservation which missed the second night. Because we did it on Expedia we were unable to get a second night from Expedia. We called the Indigo Inn directly and they had 2 nights for over $150 a night extra each night. When asked to book one night paying over $150 more the reservation center $500+said we could not book because no room was available. "
