"Very convenient to everything down town including Fountain Square Convention Center and the ballpark. I found the 24 hour market and the staff was very friendly. I liked the library and pool table. Would love to see another pool table or other games. The only thing I found was the parking was valet only and very expensive. I would definitely stay again after staying at a number of other hotels in Cincinnatti."

"There was NO front counter staff.You had to check in using a Kiosk. I tried to check in at 2:45pm and the lady in the Kiosk told me that she couldn't check me in until after 3:00pm. Yes I know the check in is at 3:00pm but what is 15 mins. If there was a front desk person I am sure I would have been help better.Also the next morning I tried to use the Iron in my room but it was broken. So I went down to the front desk to ask for another Iron but the person in the Kiosk told me that it would be 45 mins before someone would be there to give me a new iron. who's bright Idea was it to install a Kiosk in a hotel where you have people that might need help at any hour. A Kiosk doesn't belong in a hotel.McDonalds uses a Kiosk but a hotel shouldn't be using a kiosk"

"Room was very dirty, toilet looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a while, same with the shower. shower was dirty and had pink bacteria growing (serratia marcescens). The was other people hair on the floor and toilet. Someone’s takeout food was also left in the fridge."
