The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our stroller was lost by the airlines and they helped us get another one to use for our visit. The gentleman that helps with bags brought us extra blankets for our kids to ensure maximum comfort. The breakfast every morning was perfect for feeding our little kids who are early risers. They provided a pack n play bed for our 18 month old and delivered it to our room. I would definitely stay here again. There were 5 of us to a double room and it was great.

Rooms and staff were great and so too was the included breakfast. Pool and spa were also very good. The only negative was the road noise from the freeway - I think the freeway facing rooms could undergo another glazing or two

Good Place to Stay

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are big but wish they had king beds. We were in a room by the freeway and it is extremely noisy throughout the entire night. The breakfast was very good and proximity to Disney was great - 10-12 min walk. Be prepares for the $35 per night parking.

Free breakfast. All staffs and services were great! I love the kitchenette, it has full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils, plates, bowls, cups provided. Walkable to Disney parks. Stayed for 5 nights with fam and would say this is an excellent place to stay! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

My family and I had a great experience staying at this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again for our next Disney trip! I rated it 4 because housekeeping didn't come in to clean during our 2 night stay. We didn't have the sign up and our trash was overflowing. Luckily, I'm a very clean and organized person, so I maintained our room clean and took the trash out ourselves to the outdoor trash bin. That's my only complaint. Other than that, we love the amenities and short distance to the parks!

First off when we got there front desk was horrible to me velvet service was 7 star!! Paid for early check-in front desk said no early check-in he said room was not available until 4 so if you have any plans we had plans for oggie boggie do not go here they will not allow you to check-in early stay there was a nicer agent she was so kind made me re think give them another try but i always stay at the Howard Johnson hotel they make me feel more welcomed and i will continue to stay there from now on i would rather take my own breakfast then deal with front desk

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! BUT…our room was VERY HUMID. The ventilation was HORRIBLE. It was so uncomfortable to sleep I kept waking up sticky. We didn’t want to shower to add to the moisture in the room. There were no fans other than the AC but it made it colder in our room. Our new change of clothes were damp, and forget trying to dry your hair. I tried to turn on the vent of our microwave to get some relief, it didn’t help. Certainly not worth the price. There is no self parking, and a $35 non refundable fee.make sure you take all your belongings when you park, because if you forget something the valet crew have to go get your vehicle and then repark it in the garage. Thankfully the staff were very nice, but make me feel terrible to get a couple items from the vehicle. If they weren’t necessities I would’ve left it. But the furnishings and layout of the hotel inside were not bad and looked clean.
