Enjoyed my stay for a Disney weekend! Quick 5 minute uber ride to Disneyland and they also have a shuttle. Staff was very friendly. Only downside was the pillows are uncomfortable, unless you like hard pillows & the TV did not have airplay, only cable unless you take a HDMI cable.

First of all before I say anything negative the staff was absolutely amazing on each shift. The food was really good. Reasonable prices and they give you 10% off coupons when you first arrive. The pool was lovely, but the hot tub definitely needed someone to tend to it. The rooms are clean, but I felt like the towels needed to be replaced. I think they were fairly old and have been washed often. Just not a good quality to them. The toilet paper was so cheap. I had to ask for two rolls every single day. Between me and my small child we went through them quickly. Other than that, it was great for the price.

The only thing I would suggest is advertisement of your free shuttle from the airport. I would also suggest maybe offering a free or discounted shuttle to nearby attractions to get more business such as the stadiums or downtown.

The rooms were clean but the staff was awful, I called a week before my trip to add a roll out bed and they agreed to charge me $17 per night, which I was fine with but once I arrived they said no and wanted to charge me another room and were very rude, then they said that they were gonna cancel my reservation. I highly recommend you don’t stay here, they will surprise with with up charges, there’s plenty of other good places to stay at, which is definitely not this one, we kept our reservation as it was in the very beginning and they charged me $200 more!!
