Should you wish to receive your left behind items, the shipping fee will be shouldered by the guest plus a $29 handling fee. Must be fully paid first before sending out. Unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

** Extended Stays (30+Days Reservation) **
★For health and safety purposes, a mandatory cleaning shall be done every 30 days to ensure you enjoy a clean and safe stay with us.

**Pet Fees**
★ $10 per pet, per night (19 days or less)
★ $200 per pet, per month (20 days or more)
★ A remediation FEE of $250 will be charged for any damage beyond normal, reasonable use--including pet messes not cleaned up by you at the end of your stay.

This modern space is in a safe neighborhood, and very close to the two main streets in the city; Jackson St, and MacArthur Dr. This means you are close to businesses and food. You also will be less than 15 mins from our two hospitals; Rapides Regional Medical Center, or Cabrini Hospital.
