"Check in was easy even for 3rd party. We arrived early but the staff was accommodating and looked to see if our room was available and it was so we were able to check in early and that was very appreciated. Getting around the hotel was easy and had a great layout. Even better it was 2 blocks from the 76 road that was a hot theater district of things to do and lots to find to eat. We were headed to a show so the hotel location to the venue was easy to find. When we returned, there was ice water to greet you and the pool and hot tub are still open later into the night and for older people we greatly appt the “adult time” once kids are getting settled into their rooms. Our AC unit did strut to keep the humidity reduced in the night for comfort but it was not a deal breaker and when getting up and getting ready again it seemed to ramp up to meet my cooler needs. We did go down to breakfast for a quick bite and some coffee and the host was tending to breakfast and the dining was a busy area. They were also very helpful with information for things to do, how to get there and any inquiries it seemed. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again."
