We were thrilled with the spaciousness of the unit. It was well stocked with items to keep our stay comfortable. We could park right in front of the unit. The whole development was in a gated area with staffed security. We felt very safe. It was cold and rainy when we were there, but access to the fireplace was not allowed until the following week. It would have been nice, but understandable. Our unit had a washer and dryer, so we were even able to go home with clean clothes.

Everything was great except for some cleanliness issues—bugs all in the big tub and shower and also past guests’ hair in the shower. I know we were in the mountains so bugs getting in were to be expected, but they were all over the place.

The parking was great, right outside the room. The 2 bedroom deluxe condo was wonderful, clean, very spacious. We missed having a working fireplace. The staff was helpful. We liked the quiet and peaceful surroundings of Stonebridge.

The room was clean. The dishes were minimal but sufficient. It was very close to Silver Dollar City. The front staff was not outgoing or overly friendly. I had to speak first to them even though they knew I was there. The check in was a very easy process.

Very easy reserve and check in. Had a gate guard to only let people in that lived or staying there. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The next time i will specifically ask for the upper one so i don't have to go up and down stairs with my bad knees.

It was quiet around the property. The interior of the room was so old from the carpet to the furniture. The air conditioner/fan ran CONTINUOUSLY ( the continual sound got on my nerves!) due to the unit in my room running the ac for the room next to mine (so I was told by the maintenance man, who was very nice). Tiles were coming up in the bathroom and shower head is coming out of the wall. The bathroom towels were nice! There were no kitchen towels or pot holders. The front desk personnel was nice and supplied everything I asked for.

It’s an older property with real keys and older appliances, but everything is very clean, very quiet and very nice! Another place about this property that it has a 24 hour guard at the entrance so that really helps with keeping you secure. Overall, for a nice place to lay your head down and relax this is a great value!
