1 Hotel Seattle
I had a charge on my bill from the restaurant. I told them I paid for my dinner but yet they said they watched video of me and my daughter and I never paid cash or card but signed off on my order to charge to my room. I basically was told I was lying to them. Terrible!

Central Tacoma Homestay -private room-
Comfortable room and accommodations. Initial check-in could have been smoother. I know it was a shared space with other guests, but bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Additionally, communication with staff team was a little slow in response.
