"Hotel was nice, room was well laid out very clean and comfortable. We arrived near midnight and had to call twice to get the airport shuttle to pick us after being told it would be there in 15 minutes, ended up waiting about 45 minutes which was not great as we were getting quite tired. When we got to the hotel front desk staff were very apologetic and provided breakfast for us the next day which was not included. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, cereals yogurt, eggs etc."

"We waited at F3 as instructed in terminal 1. The shuttle did not come and we were waiting for over an 1 hour. I called several times to confirm. The front desk lady just though I was srupid but I was watching very closely all the shuttles from other hotels coming and going but not that one. IT DID NOT COME and we wasted an hour after a long day of travel waiting only to have to pay $25 for a cab. The room smelled musty and there was a lot visible dirt around base boards. The room nadly needed a deep clean. It smelled like stinky feet and like a pet had stayed there. You can smell weed in the hallways which I did not like. As well, I felt like there should be a few bottles of water in the room. I had to spend 3 bucks for a bottle of water in the be don’t machine. Ridiculous! Not impressed. Next time I will pay just pay a bit more for a better place. Not worth it!"
