I was assigned a room on the floor below ground level with a paper thin adjoining door with the adjacent room whereby I could hear every word and cough throughout the night. The drain in the tub was loose. There were no water bottles included or wifi unless you are one of their tier program members which I found surprising for a hotel of this quality? I booked this hotel fir it’s brand reputation and as it has a free airport shuttle running every 30 minutes. However, when I arrived at 6:15 am for the 6:30 am shuttle there was an entire sports team and many other hotel guests waiting. When the bus arrived a tram parent blocked all the hotel guests from getting on the bus saying that they were there first and there were 17 of them: I asked if she had a time stamp to prove that she was ahead of all the other hotel guests waiting! I also suggested that a team should book separate transportation as I always did and she brushed me off to speak to the coach who had no response what I asked why he hadn’t booked seperate. Transportation. With so many people waiting for the next bus I had to book a taxi for $20 to get to the airport on time for my flight! The hotel booked the cab but did not offer to pay for it or apologize for the inconvenience. I will not start at this hotel again.

It’s an airport hotel, so cannot give it 5 stars because it’s all concrete around and no good walking to other amenities. However, in terms of the hotel it’s 5 stars for an airport hotel as the restaurant had great food and it is very nice and the airport shuttle was helpful and a quick ride between the airport.
