"Pool was great and well maintained. The gym is well equipped and in good working order. The main buffet was the best for food. The steak house could have been a better experience but felt like a production line. Everyone seated together and served at the same time. The mozzarella sticks were a waste of food as they were cold. The Italian, Asian and Mexican restaurants were okay but are still buffet style and you can find almost all the same food on the buffet. Beach is black sand and hot to walk on. Housekeeping is lacking in attention to detail. Out of a 6 night stay we had to go to the front desk 5 times. The first day our room was not made up, a couple of the days our key that we left in the slot to activate electricity was taken, tissues were not replenished, and we were told if we needed coffee for our room that we would have to go to the front desk ourselves to get it. Our face clothes were not replenished when we put them with our towels to be refreshed. There was an attempt made to make it up to us offering us a reservation at the Italian or Asian restaurant that don’t normally have reservations. We had to contact the front desk before 6pm. The letter was left standing on the side of the coffee counter with only our room number in the top corner. We didn’t see it until 6:30 so couldn’t make use of it but it didn’t matter as we had all the same food in the main buffet. We did love the new laminate floors as it is not as slippery or cold on your feet. A+ Reno’s "

"Great quick night at this airport hotel! The staff were welcoming and kind, poolside food was fantastic and a good night’s sleep to boot. Easy!"

"The room was outdated, smelling old, but clean. They are planning a remodel later this year. Restaurants, bars, pools and grounds were excellent! There are chaise lounges on the beach, but no umbrellas. A few trees offer shade, but are mostly overtaken by local vendors who have “shops” there. The staff was wonderful, trying to accommodate every wish we had."
