"Everything was great, beautiful gardens, all well maintained. Lovely staff. Quiet throughout corridors to rooms. No early cleaning noise. Just lovely. However just a few things could be a bit better. Pancake station at breakfast instead of getting cold pancakes that have been sat there ages. Also happy hour wasnt that great. 5-7? everyone had gone by then and also not much for happy hour, no beers, just a selection of cocktails and smoothies, i think, at only 30% off. Most hotels do 50% or buy when get one free. Our room was always freezing cold??"
