Wonderful

Our second time staying here and cannot fault it. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Great pool area. Good food in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

This hotel has very price wise services. Location is convenient and the room size is reasonable. You get what you pay for it. The people were trying to be nice~ they have good breakfast buffet. But the hotel is more than 20years old fashion business hotel. So it must be very luxurious hotel back in then. But it seems pretty out of business. Not really well maintained so bathroom shower we had to call the service to fix as well as sewer. Dining area is open-ceiling fan is only existing next to swimming pool. So you can see lots of mosquitos are coming towards to you:) they have a mosquito spray in the room that you can use. Breakfast was delicious. But they charge extra if you order coffee; cappuccino, espresso and so on. The air conditioner was working well but the smell was not really great so we had to change to the other room that has windows. Overall I feel like 3.5stars

Kana Kuta is a must-visit destination during your stay in Bali. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast, a convenient location, and, most importantly, the outstanding service provided by the staff. DIKA was an excellent staff. He was always willing to assist with all of our needs. He kept great smile on his face and attitude toward everything. His professional definitely made our stay a memorable experience at this hotel. One down side was that airport pickup service was not made available upon our arrival even though our requesting email was sent a day prior like they requested. It was not a good start but hospitality exhibited by DIKA changed it all. Thank you!!

I enjoyed my stay at The Kana Kuta. Property is well kept and cleaned. Only issue was the location which was a little far from attractions and was quite difficult to walk in the area. Other than that, it was great overall.
