Our stay at Anathera Resort Kuta was disappointing. The resort did not meet our expectations — it’s not worth it. The school nearby is very noisy, and the pool area has no sound insulation at all, making it hard to relax. The rooms and facilities were underwhelming, and the overall experience was frustrating. We would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Kuta

The staff was friendly and observant. The front desk called to check if we needed room service. Without us saying anything, the concierge told two customers to smoke by the porte cochere so that they would be away from us in the open air lobby. The room, restaurant, pool, lobby and gym were very clean. Breakfast had a good spread of local and western varieties. The sink stopper was stuck and the kettle leaked when we checked-in, but these got resolved efficiently. Though, Anathera provides two shuttle trips a day to the mall, it would be perfect if the hotel is within walking distance to the mall. Heavy chaotic traffic on narrow lanes with no pedestrian sidewalk does not make it conducive to walking in Bali.

Loved staying here for 3 nights. Super friendly staff. Very modern room. Internet was fast and reliable. The only negative was the breakfast buffet - which was crowded and disorganised. Need management attention.

We booked this hotel for one night prior to moving to a resort the following day. We arrived in Bali after midnight and wanted somewhere close to the airport to get into bed asap. We arranged an airport transfer with the hotel which all went smoothly. Check in was swift and our triple room was extremely spacious, with a shower the size of a small bathroom! Breakfast was great with lots of choice. We asked for a late checkout which was granted. I can’t fault our stay and would happily stay here again.

Property was nice and had a lovely pool side. I didn’t find the food to my liking and found ordering late at night most food was unavailable due to running out of items. Having a room tab is incredibly difficult to set up and although we paid deposit we couldn’t use anywhere. Traveling with a family of 5, two teens everyone always had to have money on them for a drink or food. This was annoying and enough for us to not return although if that wouldn’t bother you then it’s a lovely place and close to walking streets.
