Airport shuttle was waiting with a sign with our name. Staff were friendly and always happy to assist: at the front desk, breakfast, pool, restaurant, spa, and room cleaning. Excellent breakfast buffet, polite cooperative staff. Nice grounds and large swimming pool. Safe deposit box was unreliable and we had a leak from the roof of the bathroom after heavy rain but in general, the room was fine. The beach was not nice however.
