The pool and grass areas were well looked after. The pebblecrete around the pool is hard to walk on and appears date and dirty. We were disappointed with the staff at the Wharf. There was no interaction with guests and it was hard to get service. Food at this restaurant was below par compared to surrounding resorts. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were friendly and helpful.

This resort is beautiful, very well set out. Massive swimming pool. Big rooms , beautiful food and amazing service I would rate this one of the best resorts I have stayed in Bali.

The resort has all of the facilities you would expect in a resort but it is now a little tired and in need of some updates and renovations. The staff were wonderful and the eating options plenty, including a great breakfast spread. It would be good if they took care of the beach outside of the resort as it was very dirty and didn’t encourage you to use it and swim in the ocean.

What a beautiful property! The rooms are clean and well kept and the grounds and restaurants are lovely. They have a great pool, helpful and friendly staff, and a private beach. The managers should be very proud.

Being our first time in Bali, and it’s our honeymoon, we’re so glad we stayed at Bintang Bali Resort. They have the best staff, the place is great and it’s near shopping malls and restaurants. The beach is great and their food is so good. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Even helped us contacting taxi when we had a hard time getting one from Jimbaran. We would love to go back someday!
