Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter
"We were there for three nights. Housekeeping did not come at all. Every day, I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. Every day, the line for breakfast was very long. One day, they ran out of coffee cups and said they were waiting on a truck. Every day, I could not get a breakfast item because the pan was empty. One night, a group of young local residents (6-8 people) were in the room next to mine. They had a party and were extremely loud from about 2 am until 8 am. I have never heard people be so loud in a hotel. I complained multiple times to the front desk. The desk said that they asked the room to stop the noise, but that there was nothing that they could do. I went out in the hallway and watched the front desk person ask them to be quiet, but the people in the room obviously did not take it seriously and got even louder. The acting manager explained that young locals often used the hotel as a party hotel and that since the hotel did not have security that there was nothing that they could do, and that it was a safety issue. I recommended asking them to leave. It was the worst experience that I have had at a hotel. I should have just saved money and went to a cheap motel. It would have been the same quality."
