"Staff, gave me different directions for things that I needed. Weekend staff was not as informed as weekday staff. Breakfast service again was great on the weekdays, but the weekends were not as clean and efficent. Sometimes they didn’t even turn the lights on over your area. Pool… was dirty. The white sides had built up, scum on it. Very disappointing for the amount of money and the reputation they have. Maintenance came to my room 3 times to fix didn’t stuff. Cleanliness in the room was awesome. Maid service was very efficient. Wan’t able to use my electronic access to areas on my phone. Staff told me there was nothing they could do. Why offer it?"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The anti slip stuff in the shower was peeling up and there was a rubber mat but it had black mildew on it. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but they both looked nice and clean. The fitness center was terrible. No free weights just a cable machine probably from the '80s tucked in a corner. The treadmill turned on but wouldn't go past the first speed and the belt slipped even doing that, and the bike seat flopped and clanked with ever peddle."
