"The toilet would not work, took 2 days to get someone to fix it. There were dishes in the cupboard with food on them. At 5am there was a bum at the bus stop yelling. The bus stop was right outside our room. The website stated they have a hot tub but they do not."

"The hotel is well located, but there were several things we didn't enjoy. The food was a real letdown — the quality simply isn't there. On a brighter note, they have a nice lobby bar with a great atmosphere, though it's only open from 5 to 9 PM, leaving it completely empty the rest of the day. Overall, the food, accommodations, and drinks are extremely overpriced and nowhere near worth what they charge. I would not return to this hotel, and I would not recommend it."

"Had a slight issue getting into the property when we arrived, was given the wrong code but went to the front desk and it was fixed right away. I had communicated and confirmed check out time via email prior to arrival but housekeeping showed up an hour early and we felt very rushed. Furniture is pretty worn and outdated, sheets and towels arent the best quality. Besides that everything else was lovely. The property was clean, quite, and well maintained. The location was perfect close to the beach and in a nice area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants near by. Overal, we really enjoyed our stay here."
