"Convenient for visiting Venice "
We really liked this hotel. Our room was attractive with a small French balcony and a fridge. The wifi was complimentary, and the free breakfast buffet was fresh with a good selection (eggs, cereals, cheese and meat, fresh fruit, pastries, good coffee, etc). The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the Marco Polo airport and only 15 minutes from Venice by local bus. The #5 bus runs every 15 minutes, and a stop is close to the hotel. Bus tickets are available at the front desk. There is a small business center with a printer, convenient for printing out boarding passes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, for example, alerting us that you need to wave at the bus for it to stop, answering our questions, and providing a bag with ice when I needed it for an injury. When we go to Venice again, we will book this hotel.

"Thanksgivings in Venice, Italy "
Albergo Commercio e Pellegrino, the hotel was very easy to find, the staff was very friendly and spoke good English, the room was outstanding, clean, and everything worked. Next, the breakfast was also outstanding and they served American coffee. We were very lucky because from our room window, we could see part of the church located at San Marco square. Outstanding restaurants are located very close to the hotel.

"Quaint Getaway"
We were pleasantly surprised on the quaint little hotel. It was central between the Rialto Bridge and St. Marks Square. It was difficult to find, but I think everything is difficult to find in Venice. It would be helpful if they added directions to their site because map quest and google maps did not work. We found it was extremely easy to find if you took the shuttle boat to Rialto bridge, head away from the bridge, turn and stay on Bembo St. The "street" will change names and you will be on the correct street. Our room was adorably decorated. I think we were in part of the attic. Our ceilings were slanted and all wood, especially in the bathroom. The shower was small but doable. We had the same shower in one of the other hotels we stayed in so we assume that is normal. Breakfast was also good.

"Great hotel near everything"
I stayed at this hotel after my recent cruise with royal Caribbean vision of the seas. The cruise is close to the cruise port, about 20 minutes with cab. You can also take the bus, for 1.50 Euro. There are many buses that will take you to Venice city ( piazza roma), and the airport. Bus number 5, which is located right outside the hotel will take you directly to the airport for 1.50 Euro. I didn't like some of the hotel staff, they seemed rude. The Breakfast was amazing. They have a great cappuccino/ coffee machine that will make all types of drinks..... The breakfast include, bread, croissants, boiled eggs, cookies, cold cuts, yoghurt, orange juice, tea, and cereal. It's decent, and worth it. I got a room for three for me and my two friends. We got three twin size beds, right next to each other. It looked like a California king size mattress. It was ok. The room was clean, it was spacious. There were no issues with the room. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom we also spacious, clean, and modern. I would deff stay here again, you can take bus #5, 19 to almost everywhere you need to go in Venice. The airport is less than 10 min away. Bus number 5 takes you in front of the hotel. If you want to save money, just take the bus to the airport. They also have shuttles and cabs but those tend to be pricier Overall, this was a great bargain hotel. I liked my stay at this hotel. I would stay here again if I visited Venice again.

"Great Location, Great Ambience"
We needed a place to get two rooms for two nights to burn the jet lag and wait for our barge to be ready for us for the bicycle tour we had scheduled. There are lots of hotels in Venice where one can have the Accidental Tourist experience and remain essentially unaware that their nights are spent in an exotic locale. This ain't it. Citti Di Milano is reached by threading the winding and incomprehensible streets of Venice including, using my route, a head banger of a tunnel, dismally dark, whiich gave out on the doorway with the hotel sign cocked at an odd angle announcing the establishment. The lobby was too small for furniture, but the stairs were nearby in the event that lobby-lounging was called for. The desk was staffed by one person - a startlingly beautiful woman by day and a handsome brute of a man by night. They were remarkably helpful and courteous, quite lighthearted about our weird attempts to speak Italian and generally delightful. The hotel is a (very) short walk to St. Mark's plaza which makes it close to everything that is fun to do in Venice. The place was perfect for our needs and I will always try to get in there when we go back in the future. I shorted it a little on stars because it is a bit scruffy for some tastes, but it is perfect for Venice (according to me).
