"Great location but staff and cleanliness were any issue. No customer service at all. They could care less about your stay. Bed had some hair on it and when i mentioned it to the front , they didnt care. Found trash on the floor. The hallway carpets look very dirty. Other than that, they have good prices and solid rooms."

"In a days between picking up my fiance and going to Play del Carmen I had to kill a couple of days and this is my usual low-cost no frills. A very very basic stay in Tijuana which worked out fantastic. Watch plenty of Netflix. The Wi-Fi is good. They let you come and go as wish, but just know that you know you're not staying at the Ritz car accident and for heaven's sake please change those smoke detector batteries"
