"The ac was out in the lobby. They had loud fans running. The bar and restaurant was closed due to lack of customers the clerk reported. I have stayed here multiple times with no complaints. I figure the bar/restaurant closed due to lack of ac since it is in the lobby where it was very hot."

"The room was very clean, comfy, and spacious. There is no free breakfast, but there are restaurants inside the hotel that serve breakfast and a place with coffee and tea choices. There is a free shuttle to Graceland every 30min. For the most part you don't have to leave the resort unless you want too. The free PB&J and chocolate milk was a nice evening snack after the Elvis movie. The pool looked refreshing, but we didn't get it. The grounds are very nice. Great stay!"

"The hotel is very beautiful and the staff was very helpful. We especially loved the valet associate AJ, he was super helpful, friendly, and very inviting. Any time we needed something we forgot out of our car (about 3-4 times) he was happy to help and not once seemed upset with us which is hard to find. Out of everyone we encountered he was the most pleasant and inviting! All around a very nice place to stay."
