We only stayed till 4am to catch our flight. Had to pay for shuttle since the hotel's free shuttle doesn't start till 6am. Which leaves a lot of people paying. I wouldn't have picked this hotel if I had read the fine print.

I choose this hotel above others in the area that were less expensive because they said they had 24/7 food available. They did not. The staff stood directly beneath the sign on their wall that said "24/7 food available" and said the kitchen closed at 7. I asked another staff member why they didn't ...
