"The swing bar lock on my room door was somewhat broken, and the door had a small gap in it. I could rattle the door if I tried to open it while it was locked. This hotel is located next to a major road and has extremely thin walls, so it was difficult to sleep. A hotel next to a busy road should have much better walls; this was very disappointing. The hotel shuttle was a great service."
