My room door didn’t close properly they gave me another room and the bathroom didn’t have a light and my granddaughter fell in the bathroom

Gross, unclean facility. NOT worth it. Staff unhelpful, and showed no interest in customer satisfaction, not even on basic stuff. Old and very dirty (and worn) carpeting throughout hotel was very disappointing. Hotel shows its age and is just better to stay away from it.

Definitely needs a upgrade. Doors didn't shut right, beds are old, drawers won't stay closed so staff jammed with paper cup, carpet worn. Bathroom floors were dirty along edges and corners.

Disgusting. There was smears of dirt and fingerprints all over the room and the shower. No towels, toothpaste or anything provided. Beds were dirty, my keys didn’t work, pool was closed even though it was advertised as open till 9pm. No tv channels and no tv channels for kids so my kids were upset they couldn’t watch tv or swim in the pool. No sense of security. The room stunk and smelled of dirty laundry, and old cigarette smoke. Biggest rip off ever. Not worth $40 a night let alone $86.

The front desk clerk was friendly but stressed because he was the only one on duty and the hotel was busy. Sign about not doing drugs in the room gave it a bad feel. The stay was nice and quiet, but we were a bit on edge because of those warnings. On the outskirts of town but close to freeway (easy to get to). Attached restaurant was good.
