The hotel is modern, the bed is firm, and it is clean. The water could be a little warmer, but this is not unlike many Playa hotels. It is away from the 5th and 10th avenue craziness and is quiet.

The room is clean. They had a swimming pool, but it wasn’t heated so we couldn’t use it. It definitely was centrally located downtown. It wasn’t convenient if you wanted to go to the beach. However, it was convenient if you wanted to go by bus to other towns in the Yucatán.
