YWCA Hotel
Great location in Vancouver's downtown. I stayed at a room without its own bathroom since it's cheaper. The rooms were reasonably clean, the staff was helpful, and the shared bathroom wasn't too bad (the showers could get kind of gross).

Studio 6 Mountlake Terrace, WA - Seattle
When you arrive, the you will see a small parking lot in the main entrance, however in front there is another building with a bigger parking lot with so many free space. The miss on duty is very sweet and kind, very happy to pick this hotel.
