The staff was absolutely great .. very helpful ... pool area awesome .... room clean. The only complaint i have is how noisy the upstairs guests was i got woke up at 6:50 am from them running across the floors and being very loud

The beds were comfortable and the towels were clean but everything else was dirty. Microwave was covered with mildew inside, floors and TV had a cleaning residue all over it and the hot water was spotty and went cold quickly.

Yes the hotel allows pets. They charge a 75 $ fee. Laundry service was excellent. The hotel is very clean and quiet and comfortable! They provide a free breakfast buffet as well.
