The chemicals that they use to clean their hotel are extreme. It can be smelled as you enter the hotel, in the hallways and in the hotel room. It caused me a headache and a sore throat.

"The first room we were given had stained bedding. We found hairs and dirt when we pulled back the sheets. Dirt on the floor as if the room hadn’t been cleaned. The second room we were shown by staff smelled of dog from the neighboring room so the staff immediately decided to take us to a third room. The sheets at least were clean but there was no hot water to take a shower and a bottle of shampoo that was left from a previous guest was leaking over the shelf in the shower. Needless to say, we did not stay long enough in the morning to experience the continental breakfast. "
