  Who We Are

Travelocity® is committed to being the traveler's champion -- before, during and after the trip - and is the only online travel company that guarantees not just the price, but the entire travel experience. This customer-driven focus has made Travelocity the sixth largest travel agency -- booking $10.1 billion in travel worldwide in 2006. Based in Southlake, Texas, Travelocity has offices throughout the U.S. and also owns and operates Travelocity Business® for corporate travelers, lastminute.com, a leader in European online travel and ZUJI, a leader in Asia-Pacific online travel.

Travelocity employees comprise the best team in travel. We work hard while maintaining a healthy balance with our personal lives. We're looking for team members who take initiative and demonstrate resourcefulness, innovation, guts, urgency, and passion. We're also looking for people who believe, in these immortal words of Dr. Seuss: "Fun is good!"
Did You Know That …
  • Travelocity was named the "World's Leading Travel Internet Site" for the ninth consecutive year at the World Travel Awards in 2006.
  • Travelocity support customers concerned with climate change or who are simply interested in rebuilding forests, wetlands and other elements of nature, as the first major online travel company in North America to allow customers to purchase "carbon offsets" when they buy a vacation package.
  • Travelocity is the only online travel company that offers a definitive service Guarantee - when customers book with Travelocity and encounter any problem, we'll work with our partners to make it right - right away.
  • Travelocity promises our customers that we're on their side - that when you book with Travelocity, "you'll never roam alone." Not only does our Customer Bill of Rights cover the duration of any trip you book with us, it also means that we look out for you before you go. If we learn of anything that might diminish the enjoyment of your trip, like a closed hotel pool or fitness center, we'll contact you to help you make other arrangements.
  • Travelocity's Roaming Gnome has become an international icon over the last three years and has circled the globe thanks to our employees who have taken him from Dallas, to Dusseldorf to Dubai and beyond!
Casual and Comfortable Workplace
We're serious about what we do, but we still promote and advocate an open, laid-back atmosphere. We work in a casual environment where it's okay to wear jeans everyday if you want...though we ask everyone to think twice if they're meeting with the CEO of a really big airline, hotel, car rental company or cruise line. So, if you have an affinity for denim and t-shirts, you could fit right in.

Experience and Travel
Since we're in the travel business, we encourage employees to go out and see the world. That's why Travelocity offers an above-average amount of time off to our team members. We also offer the opportunity to earn travel discounts after six months with the company.
