The bed was old and saggy. The pillows were tiny and like cardboard. The mirror was greasy and the half the lights were burned out. Area did not feel very safe. It is a cheap hotel, but at least try to care.

I had a drink at Hudson’s, the Bar/Restaurant here, there was a fly in my 22 dollar Jack and ginger beer, basic apology, new drink. Honestly I’m not super surprised nor even really disappointed. I was grateful to have a roof over my head at this point. The chair in the room was beat up and torn, blinds didn’t work properly. It is a slow time of year, no excuses needed. It’s a disgraceful world we are coming to, unfortunately it’s just part of life. "
