Pendray

The Pendray is in a great location, walking distance to lots of sites. Breakfast is luxury, a mini afternoon tea every morning is a special treat. Room was nice and spacious. Only hiccup was our parking was occupied and the keys to our room did not work for over an hour. Hotel did not do anything until hotels.com mentioned something but then they did try to make up for the mishap(although it was on our last day)

It was such a nice stay for our first time in Victoria. The staff was always so friendly and serviceable. We really enjoyed having a tiered breakfast every morning, and now have become tea lovers! The inn is in a great location that makes it easy to walk to and from places in the bay and is a reasonable distance from Chinatown and downtown. The only downside of our stay was that there was construction going on outside our window on our last full day. It was a bit noisy and woke us up but overall we were able to overlook it.

The front desk gentleman was very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service upon our arrival. However, our experience at breakfast the next morning was disappointing. The staff member dressed in all black and wearing a black mask had a terrible attitude. They did not introduce anything to us and treated us with clear discrimination, speaking to us in a sharp and unfriendly manner while treating the two nearby tables of white guests completely differently. The contrast was shocking and unacceptable. Additionally, the hotel room was very small, the facilities were outdated, and the soundproofing was poor. We could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway, which made it difficult to rest. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

My daughter and I met in Victoria for a special treat away to catch up. We have bothed lived in Victoria and moved away. The Inn and room were beautiful, I have an EV and they have a charging station and we walked around town for dinner which was so beautiful and we both felt safe. The morning breakfast together was amazing and makes the cost of the room even more remarkable. The service was excellent!

Lovely Inn. We stayed in the Pendray room. By far the best room in the Inn. Private balcony and a very large room. Overlooking the harbour. Breakfast is included with this stay. The food is amazing. Very centrally located. Within walking distance to pretty much everything.

Loved our stay at the Pendray Inn

We spent a couple of days in Victoria mid week. The Inn is charming, our room was large and comfortable. The location is fabulous for exploring on foot and by car. We had a couple of issues with wifi and a shortage of electrical outlets, but they were resolved quickly and cheerfully. The breakfast is out of this world! Loved our time there.
